Here I am, sitting in my office, having been here for almost four hours now, waiting for a friend to arrive via train in Madison so we can head down to a party.

Had a great time in the city last night with a couple of CS'ers, went to a cool little all-you-can-eat sushi place. I can still taste the baby octopus and salmon roe in my mouth. Met yet another MOOer IRL. When we all gathered back at the hotel she's staying at, a friend of hers stopped by in the lobby. The MOOer introduced us with a, "Look, here are my friends. See, they're normal!" Good to see that a group containing me qualifies as 'normal'.
